Description of Work: Back glass replaces after my bike rack w three bikes on it smashed through back windshield after lightly bumping a tree backing out of a campsite. Left glass inside car stuck behind metal so back rattles full of glass each time I close door or drive Left glass all over driveway so my kid can get hurt I have cut my hand and fingered multiple times some it was replaced Big dent in back of my rear that was not there before the repair - must have occurred during repair as have had no accident since.

Description of Work: There was a small spider web in the windshield of my truck and I thought that it should be replaced. They said no, they would fill it with resin and it would be fine. Within two week the windshield had cracked all the way across.

 + 0 moreMy insurance covered it. They came to my job. I called them through my insurance company. If they had cleaned all the broken glass, I would have given them an A rating.They left broken glass in my vehicle that is why I gave them a B. They didn't clean it well. I would use them again just because of the fee and because they come to you/ they come to my insurance company. I used them once before and I didn't have a good experience. I wouldn't have gone with them typically if I had to hire them on my own. Since they came through my claim, I had to use them again and I had a better experience. The first time, they weren't able to do the work.
