He charged me for tests to be done. $480 for absolutely nothing! He said he had to send us to another vet. Then, we had to put the dog down. Instead of giving her a sedative, he tried to just inject her. The poor dog cried & cried until we demanded he sedate her! His response was” I only give one shot”. it was a terrible & horrible experience for the sick dog & for us. Never go there! How he has 5 ratings is a lie.

Went very well very professional service. Is a little higher then petco or petsmart for vaccinations but,you get really good service for the price and know your pet is in good hands .

Very easy to talk to about any issues. The vet was helpful seeing as I was 7 months pregnant and couldn't hold the dog (husky) down for blood work. They were very thorough and cost friendly. They offered to have me only partial pay if needed or buy the heartworm chews another time.

I liked the staff. They were very nice. They did a good job, and they were professional.

The staff in the office are all excellent. They are all very personable and courteous. They all really understand the anxiety of a pet owner with a sick pet. The thing that I like best about the veterinarian is that he is an excellent diagnostician. He always provides me with options for my pets care. There was an experience a while back that really impressed me. A few days before my dog had a routine dental visit she started not feeling good and stopped eating. When I brought my dog into the office I mentioned that to the veterinarian and he decided instead of doing a routine check up he would do an extensive oral exam. He let me know that he would not start work until he was done with another appointment so that I would not be at home worrying. While he was checking her out he noticed that her face was asymmetrical and there was a small bulge on her jaw. He did some tests and the small bulge turned out to be oral cancer. He called me and let me know about the diagnosis and then laid down some options for me. I was impressed that after we had made the decision and had the work done he called the day following the work and the week following the work just to make sure that my dog was doing okay. I was grateful that he gave me the options instead of just telling me what he thought I should do. He understands that healthcare is expensive and he tries to offer options and information about what to expect. They do not charge to establish a file, they do not charge for every last piece of equipment that they use, I think that their rates are reasonable.
