 + -1 moreManaging a condo site is a demanding and complex process with issues arising from residents, infrastructure design and failures. In moving from an essentially self-managed situation with an activist Board having professional business management, accounting and engineering expertise, we needed to move to a more supervisory mode. Rickman Management initially met these needs through some difficult experiences. As time went on, the Board sought to transfer to a larger firm with more experience, resources and larger customer base.
