Elaine was fantastic. She provided advice where it was welcome, and let us do our own thing when discovering each home while staying nearby to help. Her wonderful laid back attitude ensured we never felt any sort of pressure to purchase a home we weren't comfortable with. That's not to say she was silent in the matter. Elaine provided tons of insight, opinions, and answers to questions, and made us feel quite at ease when buying our first home. She really took the time to listen to our needs and wants and provided us with a short list of homes to visit. Less than a week after starting our search, we had an offer written and accepted on our first new home. We highly recommend Elaine Evans to anyone who needs to buy or rent a new home.
