We had some plumbing problems that damaged our living room ceiling, necessitating replacement. R & K generally did a good job with this work, and were prompt, professional, and responsive. My only complaints were (1) a crack formed across the ceiling after completion, which apparently was the result of the plaster drying too quickly (the work was done in winter); and (2) the wall touch-up paint color below the new crown moulding did not match well enough. However, R & K was quick to return and patch/paint over the crack. We didn't really notice the wall paint mismatch until a couple weeks later, and decided to do this re-painting ourselves (with the original wall paint), to avoid having the disruption of contractors moving things around in our living room again. However, R & K likely would have addressed this issue if we had asked them to do so.
