+ -1 moreI've tried to wrest some equity from the broker/owners and they are playing the card that it is their word against ours. That we knew what we were getting for the price and good luck proving otherwise. Overall it went very bad.
Description of Work: We hired them to be our buyer's agent. We knew we could get ripped off if we didn't have someone with the savvy and know-how to protect us and our agent arranged a purchase which was not to our advantage. We used their recommendation for a home inspector which sealed our fate. Be careful with Parent. Know who you are dealing with for they are in it for the money not the service to their customer.
