Pro Air Duct Cleaning

I am experiencing issues with odor of insulation coming through my duct and my kid was having difficulty with cough. So I called up pro-air to come and check if there is a problem with my duct. Orlando was quick enough to come and explain how it works, also told me this is mostly due to dust in my vents and problem should go away after the duct cleaning. Though pro-air is expensive compared to other duct cleaners in the area, I hired him because he seemed knowledgeable. I had asked him if his technicians will also look for any leaks in the duct work, he said yeah sure.
The people finished duct cleaning but the smell of insulation remains. I called back explaining that issue remains, they had given me an appointment that someone will come and take a look again. No one turned up, no call back. I received the before and after photos, the vents didn't look that dirty in first place. I will have to hire a HVAC guy now and spend more money fixing the problem.

They arrived on time. They were professional and courteous--put down drop clothes and wore shoe coverings. The job was finished in the estimated time frame. They vacuumed all of the air ducts, washed the register covers and vacuumed the carpets afterwards. They asked if I had any questions or concerns when finished.

I think they did a pretty thorough job. The heating system seems to be working more efficiently. They showed us pictures of what they were doing inside the ducts and it was helpful to see what was going on. They gave a good description of what they were going to do and gave us updates as they would do it. The results worked out very well. As they did the job, I realized it was more than I expected as far as what they accomplished. It was good to see the pictures of before and after. I think they did a great job.

I saw one of their trucks on the road and copied down their phone number. The ducts in our home had not been cleaned for years plus our clothes dryer needed to be cleaned out also. When I called for an appointment, they answered all my questions and quoted me a price for it all. Their service guy, Gregory, came out today and worked very hard getting all ducts cleaned and sanitized. When Gregory took down the dryer hose to clean, I couldn't believe how full of lint it was. This made me thankful that I didn't wait too much longer to have it done.
I am very happy with the decision that I made to choose Pro Air Duct Cleaning Inc. I'll call them back in 2 years to do it all again.

I was extremely pleased with the work - it was very thorough and efficient (it was completed in under three hours). Orlando explained everything he did very clearly and answered any questions I had in a very personable manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro Air to anyone needing duct cleaning. I understand that they also do coil cleaning for A/C, dryer vent cleaning, kitchen hoods and removal of blow in insulation. I asked him if he is happy to travel for jobs and he said ''absolutely''.
