I had estimates from 3 companies and the quote given by JZP construction was the cheapest. I was always on the roof as I am really meticulous and I don?t like doing any work for me. I usually do things on my own. I wanted to make sure that the work was done right. After he left I walked across the roof and everything was swept off. There was no nails or anything anywhere. He cleaned up on his own. The dump was dropped on my 2/12 instead of dropping them on the concrete. Usually nobody cares, but he did. He was very conscientious. There were 3 workers. I am totally satisfied and would like to recommend him. He also did work in one of my rental property. Whenever I called him he picked up the phone. That was surprising. The people who came were very professional and there was no loud music.
