We only had three weeks from the time we closed on our condo to moving date. We weren't going to be living in the state where the work was to be done so it was important to work with someone we could trust. Phil Cherkas met us at a model home and after we explained what we wanted done he mailed a proposal to us within a week. We lived in CT and the work was being done in our condo in MA. Phil was easily available by phone. He always returned phone calls promptly (even on weekends, evenings, and on a holiday). Since we couldn't be in the state where the work was going on we communicated by phone, text, pictures, and email.

Phil Cherkas and the people who work for him were prompt, efficient, professional, very experienced, got the job done promptly, were willing to work on weekends because of our short window, and each of them were very nice people.

There were touch up things to be done once we moved in and they were always prompt, cleaned up any mess that was made,
and were very pleasant to have around.
