Purchased a Samsung black stainless stove. After about 6 months the black stainless finish started peeling off the oven door. Had purchased the extended warranty. Had to argue with Percys to get a new door. They did not want to fix because it was what they called “cosmetic “. In my opinion that’s is defective not cosmetic. They sent someone out to replace the door. Approximately 5 to 6.Months later the black stainless peeled off the oven door again. Percys would not help me. Told me to call Samsung who also would not help me. My stove is not quite 2 years old and the oven door is a mess. Samsung would not stand behind their product and Percys would not stand behind their customer. The extended warranty is useless.

So professional and personal, they helped us so much. They will match anybody's price plus there not like a car salesman. Try to push a sale on you. They were awesome. And with this horrible disease going on out there we did it all from our home. We are so happy an excited cause we have a beautiful new washer coming thanks to a great, honest store. Who made us feel like family. That's how great your treated and helped.

We were very happy with the installation! The people were very polite, knowledgable, and interacted well. They came out to measure our space at no extra cost. The price still stayed at the amount we were quoted. Additionally, the sales experience was excellent as well, everyone was polite and honest with us. We are quite satisfied with the service we received.

The stove I purchased had carbon monoxide coming out of it. Percy's was not cooperative at all throughout the ordeal.

Purchased my first HDTV. Sales person was very helpful explaining the differences between plasma and LCD. Asked me about my families usage and made suggestions on which type would be best. Did not try to sell me the most expensive. Over a year later, when I needed a copy of my sales receipt they were VERY helpful and prompt. The person who answered the phone (on a Sunday) was very professional. She told me she would call the sales person to try and get a copy. It was emailed to me within 30 minutes and she called back to make sure I had received it.

Stay away at all cost. Overpriced and rude. I had an issue with a GE dehumidifier purchased 1 day prior. It was dead on arrival. Called into the sales rep who helped me with my purchased and he was great. Told me to bring the unit back and i could exchange for another brand or the same exact unit. He went onto to say that all would be setup upon my arrival and no need for me to be concerned. Upon my arrival I was directed to customer service and this is where it went bad. I explained to them what my sales rep had told me and the customer service rep sneered at me like I was a criminal. Keep in mind I purchased this unit less than 24 hours ago. She stated what the rep told me was against their policy. The customer service rep went onto to accuse me of not knowing how to use the dehumidifier correctly (it has only two buttons on it, no need for a PHD) which prompted her to retrieve the user manual to educate me on the proper use of the dehumidifier. Keep in mind I have owned this exact unit prior for the past two years. I would think in 24 months I would learn how to use this unit. Long story short the unit was DOA and the customer service rep and manager continued their attitude like I was a criminal. Keep in mind I have spent $10,000 + in this store. After being spoken to like a criminal and a child they abided by what the sales rep had told me he would do for me prior to me arriving at this store for the second time. By the way the called the sales rep into the customer service managers office while I was there to scold him since he went against policy; luckily he was busy on the floor and we both didn't have to sit in the manager's office like school kids but he did have to take her call and she questioned him like he committed a cardinal sin. I was mortified for him and myself. I went onto to say that the rep was the most pleasant of my experience and that if you had a problem with the way he implemented policy take it up with him and don't put me in the middle. The people are rude. Their products are typically 10% to 20% more costly than other stores and they could care less if you come through their doors again. Vote with your dollars and go somewhere else. Stores like this don't deserve to earn business from people who work hard for their money.

I did go to Percy's for information on purchasing an oven. Although they did not have what I was looking for, the salesman was very knowledgeable, attentive and spent time with me that wasn't rushed. I have had other very good experiences there in past years, and do tell people to check them out when looking for appliances.

I would certainly recommend Percy's Appliance to anyone shopping for any kind of appliance. They have been helpful when we've called with our refrigerator issues, and have made sure that GE has serviced us within 24 hours or less. They always follow up with a phone call to make sure that the problems were dealt with expeditiously and to our satisfaction. We don't blame Percy's for the wonky GE refrigerator.

I am renting a house that has a rather old gas stove. The ignitors were acting up and I called Pearcy's requesting a service call. The individual who took the call asked me a series of questions. When she was finished she described some possible causes and solutions and took the time to go onto the manufacturer's website for additional information. When we finished I had detailed instructions on how I might resolve the problem without the need for a service call - a solution that could be done safely. She also provided me with next steps should the solution not work, including calling the gas company before have a technician form Pearcy's come out to the house. In the end the solution she suggested and we avoided an expensive repair. It is rare these days that a company will take the time to offer advice that results in their not providing a service for which they are paid. Pearcy's now has a loyal customer. I will use them in the future whenever I need an appliance repair.

I wanted a counter depth side by side ss fridge, panel door 17" wide dishwasher, over the range microwave and ss slide-in gas range. I did all my homework on line. I was able to find a package deal without the type of dishwasher I wanted (but I was willing to settle for the good price) at Yale Appliance and took that info with the make and model and price to Home Depot, Sears, Fletchers in Nashua, Abes of Maine and Percys to see if it could be matched or beat. Percy's was able to meet the price plus their package included the dishwasher I wanted and even with the sales tax was cheaper than Nashua. Excellent on line response, really worked with me on different combos and did not try to push more expensive brands when I said I didn't want to go over my budget: all the bells and whistles were wasted on what I needed the items for which is heating up Trader Joe's dinners. Great experience when I went out there in person, Very accommodating and happy for your business.

This is a retail store that carries high end stuff. Everyone knows about Percy's. Percy's gave us good prices and delivered it. I mean we spent nearly $10,000 on just hardware from them and from the purchasing to the customer service to the delivery to the set up of our refrigerator, I can't think of one complaint that we had. They are just a fine place I think in general and highly popular in this area especially if you want higher end, quality appliances.
