Paz Pellet Stove Repairs

I rarely write a review but since my pellet stove isn't functioning properly in the middle of winter I leave no choice. Please do not use Paz Pellet as your pellet stove maintenance nor repair contractor. At first Mr. Pazooki was really nice when he came over my house to clean and maintenance my stove. He gave a few advices that made me question if he really knew about pellet stoves, like "oh you can use any pellets you want" etc.. A few days go by my distribution blower "mysteriously" gave out right after the maintenance appointment. So I called him to come back and fix the stove. Ok not a problem. So while he was at my house he kept asking if I need any "other" maintenance or repair for my stove since its "better to do all at once rather than keep calling him back since eventually the stove will need repairs". I thought that comment was extremely suspicious, so I declined the "extra" service because my stove was in decent shape so there was no need. Oddly enough after he fixed my blower, my feed stopped working for my Harman. So I called him to question on why all of the sudden the feed stopped working . Mr. Pazooki rudely cut me off while I was explaining and became extremely aggressive and started to shout while saying: "I'm done with you" and hung up without having me telling my side of the story. So now I have a Harman that a feeder is not working in the middle of winter with a newborn in my house. I truly support all small businesses especially during this pandemic but save yourself any winter headaches and stress. Do not use Paz Pellet Stove Repair

Sonny was great to work with! I initially tried to go through another provider who took 3 weeks to call me back and quoted me $350 just for a cleaning + $75 an hour for repairs after that. Sonny called me back the same day and scheduled a visit for the following day. He was upfront, honest, and gave us great advice for future repairs and cleanings. He was quick and friendly. He had to come back a couple times after the replacement parts came in, but always called as soon as the parts were delivered and showed up the next day. I would recommend Paz Pellets to anyone, and will definitely be calling Sonny for all my future needs.

These guys are great! When I bought a house with a pellet burner, it was new to me. Other pellet burner repair services were willing to clean my burner, but when I couldn't start the burner, they told me that they didn't service this brand (Enviro). But these guys came, cleaned the igniter and got the burner started. Almost more importantly, they were excited about the burner and were willing to take some time to explain it to me. I've really loved my burner since then!
