They didn't appear to know what they were doing from the beginning. The liner in our pool is crooked on the outside of the pool. They weren't filling it with water properly. About a month later we noticed water going down the side of the pool. We didn't think much of it and just refilled it with water. At the end of August the issue became worse, and when we called back they were not performing their service after September 1st and had left town. Now we have to buy another pool liner and go with another company. They were very unprofessional. They didn't carry a professional presence when they came out to do the job. They brought their girlfriends with them to the job site, smoked cigarettes and were not good at what they did at all. I would never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone.
