Sales rep that came to the house was informative & thorough. Installation was scheduled promptly. Dylan, the installer, was here right on time, got the job done quickly and professionally, and was very pleasant & easy to talk with.

They gave me a good tip about the weather stripping, use Armor All.  He was great.  I'd give them an "A" overall.

I highly recommend them.  They did the job professionally, prompt, reasonably priced and they used all the appropriate tools and parts.

In late June I called Overhead Door Co. of Worcester to arrange for someone to come to my home for an estimate on installation of two garage doors. The next day a polite man came and showed my wife and me several options that they offered and gave us the sales pitch about why they were the best around. My wife and I told him what styles and colors we liked and he left us with his card and a written estimate. We talked later and after some disappointing phone calls to other companies in the area I called their office in Worcester and told them I would be there later in the day to make a deposit, as I work nearby. Before going I remembered an old coupon that I had in a folder of future home improvement ideas that I keep.  I took the" limited time offer" coupon not really expecting much from it and showed it at the office, making my plea that " it was old and if anything could be done that would be great". The man at the office would see what the salesman said and let me know. Again, this was after I had already agreed to the original estimate. I got a call at the end of the day telling me he would rewrite the estimate minus the 5% off the steel insulated doors mentioned in the coupon that was at least 2 years old-probably more. He then told me that he would be able to get the window style in the color we had hoped for. He had first told us that could not be done. It meant we would have to wait a little longer for the doors to come in but we were in no hurry ( we've been putting this off for two years- another week or two would not hurt). On the first Monday in August we got a call telling us that the doors were in and could be installed on Thursday if that was good for us. We said "Yes" and they were there right when they said they would be. Two more hours on Friday to finish up and they were done. While there are cheaper prices out there I felt like going with a national company that's been around along time would pay off and I'm very glad I did. Our new garage doors are beautiful, function perfectly and I don't wake up the neighborhood every time I open or close my garage doors. In fact, I still have to watch to be sure it works because they are that quiet.

Called, made an appointment for two days later.  Company called during the scheduled day and advised they were running late i.e. could they come the nest day......not a problem.  Arrived the following day at the scheduled hour, discussed what we would like done.  Technician said the fix was fairly simple and got right to work.  20 minutes later he was done, he demonstrated the door operation and described what he did.  Very noticeable improvement.  He also went over his recommendations for maintaining the door.  Very professional and we're very satisfied.

I was pretty satisfied. The only complaint I have is that the hinges aren’t level and I like to have things leveled. It doesn’t affect the way it works and everything works fine. The guy showed up on time, he was organized, he laid out his tools nicely, and he wrote everything down. I felt like I was charged for every bolt, screw, and nut so I wasn’t thrilled about the price.

I was very satisfied with their work. They did exactly what they said they would do. They completed the job within 3 hours and it works wonderfully!

We started out by visiting the Worcester showroom where we were greeted by sales rep. Mike Church. Mike walked us through the door and opener options and answered all our questions. His professional, low pressure, sales approach was much appreciated. It was nice to see a selection of doors and opening systems in action---a big improvement over hardware or home improvement stores. Also, Mike was able to give us a rough quote for the installation. We subsequently checked out a few more door companies, but later called Mike back and scheduled a visit to our home to firm quote the installation. Mike visited us the next day, arriving on schedule, and provided us with the quote. The doors were installed a little less than 3 weeks later. The whole process could not have gone any smoother and we are very happy with our new doors.
