This contractor did complete 95% of the job, however never came back to complete the punch list. We experienced leaks during construction that caused damage to our bedroom ceiling and porch ceiling. They did pay to redo the bedroom ceiling, but the repair was poor and needed to be redone (which they did not do.) Never repainted the porch ceiling.
