We had a great experience with Oasis (OCI 360) from the sales presentation to the final installation. Chris, Matt, John, Paulo and his siding staff were top notch. They were all knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them to all of my neighbors and friends.

I?m not one for doing reviews, but when a company does such a great job I make time to write one. Oasis is the company that you will refer to all your friends and family! I met with their sales manager Chris and he was so friendly and explained the project so clearly. He helped me through the process of getting financing and made sure I understood everything. The crew worked efficient and did an incredible job. I did a walk around with one of their project managers to ensure the job was to my satisfaction and I was very impressed.

Had a leak in my roof and needed it fixed asap! I had calls into many other companies but said they couldn’t get it done for weeks! I put in a request with oasis and they replied the next day and had a team member out the following day. Everyone who I was in contact with were professional and answered every question I had. Oasis was a life saver!

I met with several contractors but they did not fit my needs I met with Chris from oasis 360. He had a great presentation, very professional, and made the process so easy! I look forward to working with them for this project and future projects!

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Pedro and his crew at OCI360. Our roof was unfinished from a previous roofer and we had all kinds of issues with it. It took us months to finally find the right person for the job and we were lucky to find him. From the very beginning he was honest, informative and punctual. Not only did he understand our vision but he also added some creative ideas, too. The precision and skill was clear from opening up our roof and reframing it, to installing skylights and shingles. We highly recommend OCI360 Exteriores and will definitely use they for future projects!

Needed a small portion of my roof repaired. Oasis quickly responded to my inquiry and made the whole process stress free. Everyone I spoke to was polite, friendly and professional. The team completed the project in one day. This was the easiest company I have ever worked with. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Woke up one morning to shingles through my yard and driveway after some heavy rain and wind. Oasis reached out to me the very next morning to set up a time for one of their members of the sales team to come out and see what had to be done. We come to agreement that the whole roof had to be replaced, but was assured that this was the best route. The project got done timely without any issues arising. The team had strong communication skills and made sure that there was no materials left on site.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough. They replaced my entire roof, as it has not been redone or repaired in well over 29 years. They had a crew at my doorstep 10 days after meeting with one of the members of their sales team. Reasonable price, great quality and outstanding professionalism.

We had a leak in our roof and reached out to oasis. Within a day they got back to us and set up a time to meet to discuss the project. Oasis was able to have their out to us 5 days after initial consult. They were very quick and made sure that the leak will no longer be a issue. If we ever have future problems or future projects we need done we will use them again 100%

I met with Chris to get a new roof installed on my mothers house. Chris gave me a reasonable price on the project and project was started within a weak. The whole staff had great communication and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The work was immaculate and done quickly. We couldn?t be happier and hope to use the company again for future projects.

Not worth the trouble. Not good at what they claim to be good at. In fact, they go to Home Depot to pick up folks looking for work the same day to do the work. The work they do is horrible. They will pick up the cheaper materials for your project and will not do they work as instructed. They will be nice when trying to secure the project and when looking for advance payment. Please, choose a different company to do you work for you.

I wish i could give zero star. These folks don't deserve any work. If anyone from OCI 360 exterior construction calls you, please hang UP the phone. They will lie to you about everything. In my case they vow to be there on site and do the work themselves, but yet they went to Home Depot to pick up couple folks to replace my room without given them other details that were part of the agreement. The truth is they are not qualified for any work that they claim to be expert of and are more scammers as they are thieves. They attempted to take money from my bank without my authorization after failing to complete the job. We agreed on a warranty before they started work but yet they failed to provide it. Not only they're not trustworthy, but they are very dishonest. They will sound nice on the phone when discussing prices and everything, but they will do a terrible job and will fail to honor what they initially agreed with you on. I have little children (including girls) in the house but yet these guys will show up at my place unannounced which cause families in the house feeling scared. Please, watch your back...These might just be the most viscous scammers and thieves I have ever came across, especially in a very respected area of Sudbury MA. Either way, if you can run a solid background on these construction companies, please do before allowing anyone around your property. OCI360 is a scam club that should not be trusted for anything they claimed to be expert at.

They came on time and didn’t stop working until they were done. Nice job.

OCI responded (Dan) within minutes of Angi posting. The sales representative (Chris) was very knowledgeable and helpful about describing the project, materials, craftsmanship and timeframe of the project (a 3D image of our house allowed a view of the finished appearance). Since there was significant damage to the roof, the OCI team arranged to start the project the next day and completed work in 8 hours as described - the property was cleaned up immaculately. Highly recommend this company.

I hired them to replace a small section (15x6) of flat roof back in January for which I was overcharged but its an apartment building and there was severe leaking in the apartment underneath and the other two companies I contacted never sent me an estimate so I was desperate and besides, they were supposed to be Angi Certified. Note: Do not rely on Angi, do your due diligence and check these companies/contractors out yourself. I paid for a dumpster on the job site which they asked me where they could put on the job site and which they never provided. They only had 1 worker on the job who didnt speak English and I suspect was an illegal that they picked up at Home Depot. After the job was finished they told me when I paid the balance that if there were anymore leaks to let them know and they would come right out. Well there is a severe leak and they wont return my calls or texts. I suspect from voicemail that they gave me a burner phone number. Now Im looking at litigation. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS, AVOID THEM!!!!

They missed a small part of the work that turned out to be unimportant, and agreed not to charge for it. Very easy to work with, great response time, and saved me a consult visit by allowing me to submit drone footage of my roof. Would hire again and recommend.
