Very unresponsive to requests for repair or requests for information. He has not addressed the temperature issue in my children’s room. There was a never ending stream of excuses, but never a real solution to our issues. We have seen cracks underneath our floor. We paid this guy a great deal of money to be able to take care of these things and we’ve received nothing but excuses. The landscaping was done so poorly that we are going to have to re-do our entire yard and hire someone else to do that. It was not a very positive experience. It felt like we were taken for a ride. He did not put any quality into his work. We were promised something that was not delivered.
