She was really good and professional. Her communication is very good and she uses some electronic forms which are very nice and convenient. The buyer's agent for our house did not use electronic forms and it was kind of a pain because I had to sign them, scan them in and fax them, etc. Michelle walked through the whole process with us from getting ready for our open house to buying our new house and it was great. She went through the whole process and it was a lot to do because we were working in a tight time frame. She is very attentive and pulled our whole thing together nicely. She recommended an attorney for us to use who was very good. Her commission was reasonable.
