Extremely disappointing First ,the crew working on site should deserve 5 stars, they are amazing and extremely professional. We hired the firm for two years in a row. The first year was "ok" with some leak problems however and with some management problems. The second year was extremely disappointing. The management repeatedly reported the start date for over two months and we had more leaks. I would never recommend!

Kidd-Luukko installed a new roof on my house that is covered completely under warranty by GAF so I am protected! The soffits and fascia were addressed at the same time and completed everything nicely. They left my yard cleaner than it was when they came here! I would refer them to ANYONE.

I was very pleased with Kidd-Luukko and the services they provided- would use them again as well as recommend them to anyone in need of roof maintenance or repairs. Good work at a good price.

Kidd-Luukko was a great company to deal with from the office manager through the owner Sean Kidd to the installers. My roof looks fantastic. I would recommend this company very highly to anybody.

I live in a two-story duplex in Worcester and last winter we had a lot of snow, causing a minor ice dam / leak in the master bedroom. ?I called the company, needing snow removal fast to prevent further damage and leaking. ?They responded quickly and stated they could come by the next day. ?I asked if the guys could wait until I was home in the afternoon to do the job, so I could supervise the job and point out where the ice dam was located. ?The operator told me that was impossible. ?The next day, I came home, the snow was removed off my roof, but they also removed snow from my neighbor's roof. ?I called the company, they told me they had 6 guys at my house for 1 hour and since each worker gets paid an hourly rate, the bill was $600. ?This seemed unreasonable to me, 6 guys to remove snow from my tiny duplex front-side roof-top, an area measuring 5 ft x 8 ft? ?Also paying for my neighbor's snow removal if unacceptable. ?I discussed this with the secretary / dispatch person, she got very angry, and was unresponsive to my complaints. ?She ended the phone call by stating she was sending me a bill and hung up. ?A couple days later, I got an letter from the company containing a single receipt -> they billed my credit card on file. ?Nothing else was in the letter, no bills, no thank-you, nothing, just the receipt.

From start to finish the company finished in 2 1/2 days

They are professional, accurate in their estimates, and communicated constantly about their progress. The work was delayed because of weather (alot of rain, and 102 degree temps for a short period), and they stayed constantly in touch. They not only fixed the roof, but repaired a small portion of the aforementioned porch. I'd absolutely use them again.

I used them only because I had no choice. I had a very bad ice dam. I have a new roof five years old. The warranty on it requires that I could only use certain people, and these were the only people in this area that I could use; so that's why I used them. I did not like that there was a very little communication. I notified about this in October, and I never met the owners, which really bothered me. Everything was done over the phone, and I don't like hiring people, unless I can meet them. They told me it could take couple of weeks because they had other people lined up. I never heard back from them. I called them, and they said they were backed up. I never heard from them until March, when finally I got rid of all snow. I called them and asked what is going on. They said they would be here in a couple of weeks. I didn't hear from them again. Then they called me saying they are coming out tomorrow. I don't know if the work, they have done will be good or not because I am out of the winter. They talk a good talk; but they don't seem to deliver. I didn't have anyone coming out to give the quote because I had to use them only. I can't really grade them on price. The responsiveness was poor. They came when they said they were going to come. The customer communication is a really important part of professionalism. They never followed up with me. I always seemed to be the one calling them.

They were very much occupied with their work and did it fast. They came out and did the job in 1 day when they had estimated 2. They did a great job on the roof, and they cleaned up afterwards. They were very punctual.
