Arrived the same day as I called. Technician arrived right on time, and finished quickly. Throughly professional and capable. Price was below the estimate quoted on the phone. Overall, an outstanding job and experience.

Perfectly. They arrived on tin=me as scheduled, performed the work quickly. The installer was polite and professional, fully explained my options and what work was done, all locks operated smoothly after the installation.

The service was excellent. My only issue was that there was a surcharge tacked on my bill for them to come to Westborough that they did not tell me about when I made the appointment. I'm not far from Worcester and I've hired other companies from Worcester and Framingham and never been charged a service charge. I'd hire them again, but only for a job that makes it worth it.

The work was urgent for us, and it was done the same day. Phone contact was congenial, helpful, and responsive. Everything went exactly as described. Matt Roberts had an excellent manner in the house. Very competent, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would definitely rehire.

They had me purchase the door hardware I wanted in advance, Locksmith arrived on schedule, and finished in just over an hour on all four locks and the requested duplicate keys. All the locks were perfectly aligned and functioned more smoothly than the ones in place from the previous owner.

Locksmith arrived on time. Completed the work within a couple of hours, and price was fair, on the lower end of the price range quoted over the phone.

I called the same day I closed on my new house. They were able to send someone out the very next day. The service technician was very professional, responsive to my requests, and made some good suggestions. He was very concerned to be done to accommodate my schedule, and was able to stay over his initial time estimate to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction because I added a couple items after I had set up the initial visit by phone.

We noticed the broken door lock on Thursday evening, so I called Joseph's Lock and Safe on Friday morning. The guy whom I spoke with told me that they didn't sell the kind of lock I needed (a decorated handle), so I should buy the lock myself and once I had it, call them to installed. I also asked for the estimated cost of the job and he said between $105-130.
I got the lock on Monday evening, I called again on Tuesday morning and I have the technician at home 8:30 am on Wednesday. I don't remember the technician name for sure (maybe James?), but he was super kind and professional. He took care of every detail and also warned me that he might chip a little bit the door paint (that he actually didn't). He arrived by 8:30 and left at 8:55 am. And the price was lower than the original phone estimate.
I am really happy with this provider and I will call them again when I need it.

I recently purchased a new home. I called Joseph's Lock & Safe on Thursday and requested service as soon as possible. The locksmith was able to schedule the work for the following day. He called ahead of time to let me know he was approximately 30 minutes away and he arrived in that window of time. He re-keyed 2 doors in a half hour.

Matt, the technician, was very friendly and professional.  He did a great job explaining things and was meticulous about his work.  I highly recommend him, and he was a credit to the company.  The quality of the work is excellent, however the final price was much higher than I had anticipated.  Overall very happy though.

These guys are SUPER. I called Monday morning with a non-urgent request to change our locks after my wallet and keys were stolen over the weekend. They initially apologized that they couldn't get to it immediately, but then made time for me within about an hour. They were on time, did a professional job despite the freezing cold, and even allowed me to pay after the fact by phone since only the nanny was home when they came. I would absolutely use them again.

It was awesome. It went very well. I made the call in the morning, someone was there in the afternoon, right at the beginning of the window of time, and was done in about 15 minutes. What stood out is the promptness. Everything works great.

Changed some locks around for us, very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely use again!

Work was performed by Remie who was very professional and clearly very knowledgeable. He was about 15 minutes late but he had called ahead to let me know so I wasn't worried. 7 locks were removed and the pins rekeyed in their mobile locksmith van. I had the keys for 6 of the 7 locks from the previous owner. Having the key to the lock makes the rekeying process go a lot easier I was told. I didn't have a key for one of the locks so the tech had to "pick" it in order to be able to rekey it. This didn't slow him down really at all and he moved efficiently through the entire process in about an hour including making 5 copies of the key. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and provided advice on some other locks as well. Overall a great experience!

Job went really well. I was locked out of the garage when it was hit by lightening and didn't have keys to the side door! (Previous owner couldn't find them. I hadn't gotten to fixing them at that point.) I talked to the dispatcher at Joseph's he was sorry he couldn't send someone out until the next day, which wasn't a problem for me to wait. Technician that came out arrived on time, and called to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional.

He was able to get the locks opened. He did say that he found a problem with the door knob and didn't want to make a key in case I had issues later. He did make them for the dead bolt on sight which was very helpful.
If I had to have to have future work done, I will definitely contact Joseph's Lock and Safe!

I recently moved and had the locks changed on my old new home. The technician called to advise me he was going to be about 15 minutes late; his estimate was perfect. When he saw the rather hinky job on the deadbolt on my side door, he discussed the pros and cons of changing it and provided viable options. When I casually mentioned that I hoped to eventually get a new/ door, he made some helpful suggestions for that scenario (which did not involve using his company). All in all, I found him to be very courteous, considerate, helpful and professional. I would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them.
