Jordan's Flooring Company

I was initially impressed with the owner of Jordan's Flooring, Wenyttom (Wellington) Jorado, showed up on time to provide an estimate to remodel our master bathroom. This consisted of demo of the tub surround, and installing new tile on the floor and walls. The job started out well, but as with many projects, once they got paid, they never came back to finish the job. We are at 2/3 complete, and holding for the past couple months. When the job started, Wenyttom and his crew showed up on time, and were as neat and clean as could be expected for a tile demo job. Once the tiling work started, the workmanship of his crew was sub par. The tiles were not lined up correctly, as some were recessed, and some were sticking out, and some decorative trim pieces were cut either too short, or at the wrong angles. The design called for a decorative border, which used very expensive glass tiles, and the pieces that were cut left a very ragged, edge, which was then covered in a thick bead of caulk to try to hide. Despite many calls over a number of weeks, nobody has called me back. I made the mistake of paying Wenyttom for the entire job when they were about 2/3 complete, and have not heard anything since that day. I would not recommend using Jordan's Flooring.
