My husband is happy with them. I don't usually bring the car in. They were okay. It is a Prius and my husband is a little nervous taking it to our local mechanic. I don't think the prices are that good but I don't know. It is a dealer. We've only had the regular maintenance done and it's not that cheap. They have been timely and done everything on the recalls. Their waiting area is nicer and has more comfortable chairs than another auto repair place.

Bought a pre-owned vehicle- very happy with the vehicle purchase, but dissatisfied with customer satisfaction as promised should anything go wrong, especially during the 60 day warranty period as required by law.
I brought my issue to several people in the sales team within 2 weeks of purchase, and not one person has taken my issue seriously. This issue can only be found through electronic diagnostics, and fixed, but Harr has refused to do this for me. They have not returned my repeated phone messages, or my several emails- and these were to the sales manager too. I thought Harr Motors cared about its customers, but I don't see it.
Most recently i've made a plea to the general manager. If I fail to get results, I will have no choice but to escalate with a complaint with the BBB, and the Massachusetts Attorney General Office- I know the latter will get results, they love these types of issues since car dealers have long taken advantage of car buyers. Truly though, i'm hoping that Harr will make good on this for me so we can all be happy- I do not want or need this extra work, nor do I want to drag Harr through the mud.
But this issue I have is serious- i'm yielding an astonishing 12mpg on a car that is supposed to get 18C/28H! The problem is with the ECU chip that controls air/gas- there is a fault! Its costing my outrageous money to operate this car, and it shouldn't. Harr even tried to blame me and how I drive!! I'm 55 years old not a kid, I know a little bit of what the heck is wrong! They just don't want to help me, and i'm not sure why.
I'm frustrated, angry, and running out of patience! I'm hoping to wrap this up very soon- I've owned the car from June 2012-September 6 (current)- I just want it fixed, that's all I want.

They call out to make an appointment. They took care of me very well. They do anything to make it to up for their customers like a car washing and other things. I have been there three times already. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

They were really nasty to me. I called to complain that the wipers weren't wiping clearly the next morning. They told me they didn't know what I had done to the wipers in the meantime and that it was possible that I had damaged them. They said that sometimes when you put on new windshield wipers they need time to adjust and if I hadn't done anything to them, they would fix them for me. They also told me there were nothing wrong with my brakes and that the squealing was just rust. I paid $80 and my windshield wipers are still crappy and I still have squealing brakes. They told me that I was irrational and they couldn't deal with me. They also told me that I wasn't a regular customer and I told them that was because the last time I dealt with them they locked my keys in my car when they weren't supposed to lock the car. That was December and I had to get a ride to my house and wait outside until my husband got home, which was kind of annoying. Their rudeness upset me and when I called to complain they were even ruder.
