They were very nice and honest. They got back to me quickly.

Appliance Repair
He was very honest. He removed the out-put pipe and recommended that I have a plumber snake out the pipe, to avoid future clogs. He drained the old water out of the washer. He looked at the pump, and said it looked fine. He could have told me I needed a new pump, and charged me more. They were very honest, courteous, and responsive.
