They did a superb and caring job. The paint was brought back to life, removing orange peel and returning its luster. The interior leather and carpeting was brought cleaned and brought back to a higher degree than I would ever had been able to achieve. The wheels, which I had been considering replacing, look great. All in all, I am very pleased with the results.

The inside of the car, which was my real objective, looks pretty much like new, which is fairly impressive considering that no effort whatever had gone into cleaning it for almost three years and that the car's regular driver is, shall we say, not a neat person.  Not that the exterior isn't clean and shiny too, but it's the interior work that really impresses.
I paid $250 for the detailing (the top of the stated range for this size car, but I expected that) and $60 for the wash-and-wax.  The latter's usually $95 and I normally would've skipped it -- I think of cars as tools -- but they offered to do it for $60, which brings it into the "harmless splurge" range.  The interior detailing isn't cheap, but given the quality of the work, the price is fair.
The only hiccup was a longer-than-expected wait to get the car back; I was expecting a call after about 4 hours, but it didn't come until 6+.  I'd gone off to get coffee and sit in a nearby cafe, and I think someone thought I wasn't even going to try to come back before the end of the work day.  No big deal; next time I'll clarify more carefully.
Since I'd reclaimed the car in the dark, they called the next day to make sure I was content after I'd seen the work in daylight, which was a nice touch.  Everyone there comes across as cheerful and eager to see that customers leave happy.

Had my truck washed and waxed. This is the second vehicle
I brought here. The first one was a 2010 black accord coupe. They did an
amazing job with that even getting swirl marks out that I decided to bring
my truck in. I waited for my vehicle. They have a very small waiting area
so I would recommend dropping your vehicle off if you can. Work was done
according to schedule and my truck came out awesome! This place is not
the cheapest around but in my opinion their work is second to none. I will
not hesitate to bring my vehicles back here in the spring. My accord coupe
looks brand new and my truck looks great as well.

After my husband told them to abide by the terms of the Groupon we were using - and to not add additional services, they went ahead and added additional services that we did not agree to. When my husband expressed his concern, they said that the car was and quot;filthyand quot; (why do you think we brought it in for detailing?) and that they had to do the extra work.
We will never use them again. They did not deal with us honestly or treat us with respect.

Haddad on 466 Harding St has always done an excellent job cleaning our vehicles. They are very responsive in providing appointments. They are very conscientious and thorough with the detail work. My husband and I are very pleased with the results.
I do find them a bit on the pricey side.

We were exceptionally pleased with the result. The car's finish was restored as though it was new as was interior. Service was prompt, friendly and helpful.
A printed menu offering a range of services with accompanying prices enables the customers to select the specific services needed to fit their budget. Pricing for specific menu items ranged from a low of $20 for and quot;Windshield Rain Repellent Treatment to a high of $225 - $475 for Full Machine Buffingand quot; depending on the size of the vehicle. The total cost could exceed the top rate a single selected service.
