When I spoke with them they gave me quote over the phone. They came and did the work. They billed me for much higher amount. I compliant to me they would not agreed with me. I was being hustled by the debt collector. They said they will charge me an hourly rate $135 dollars. The first time the plumber came here they said it would not take 1 hr to change the toilet. It took him 15-20 mins to change the toilet. I paid $270 for parts and removal of the toilet. They did not mentioned that I need to pay for those. I wanted them to talk with the debt collector.

I hired this company back in 2012 to replace a SaniFlo pump in our 1/2 bath. They were actually listed as a certified preferred installer by the manufacturer. They sent out a younger guy who was courteous and on time. Sadly he did an awful job installing the pump. It leaked from the minute he left and it's a sewerage leak to boot. I read the installation instructions and it clearly stated 45' elbows and sweeping turns rather than the installed 90' elbows. I called my coworker (a licensed plumber) and we fixed it together and it works great. I phoned Gustafson and complained and asked for $$$ back and the owner/manager I spoke with was just completely uncooperative and didn't seem to care. He sent me 100$ back begrudgingly.

It was a great experience. Quality work and professionalism.

Had them come to estimate a leak. Plumer was great,he knew just where the leak might be. Asked me to remove drywall (to save some$$) and text him a pic of the pipes. Just as he suspected it was the T fitting to the Toilet. He said he'd be back the next day to fix the leak. FF to the next day and no plumber. I called and the office yelled at me because she said the plumbers don't make the schedule, she does. When i said that the leak was still in my wall that needed to be fixed. She said there was nothing she could so but send out a plumber the next day. She was really rude to me when I tried to explain that the plumber said he could come back the next day. Too bad the great plumbing service is ruined by a bad "back office" I won't be using them again.

I called Gustafson while I was at Home Depot purchasing my new toilet. They were the ONLY company where an actual person answered the phone. The woman told me to stay by the phone as they could potentially come out the same day. As soon as I arrived home I got the call. The gentleman who came was friendly, quick, efficient, and the job was done in less than an hour and I have not had any problems since.

I called and was immediately scheduled for the next day. The plumber showed up on time and fixed the leaky pipe which required a nut to be tightened. 

They were prompt and courteous, and were very flexible on scheduling when we had to reschedule.  
The work was done well, and quickly, and at a fraction of the cost quoted us by other plumbers - and on the low-end of what online estimators told us it should cost.   The plumber even recommended a couple of things i could do myself to save money on the job.  
I'll call them for all my future plumbing issues.

Our first call was answered quickly. They came, looked, confirmed that the heater was on its way out and replaced with the new one within a couple days. The workers were fast, efficient and cleaned up any debris. They even installed an extra Carbon Monoxide detector in our utility room as a bonus - Thanks for that! We were very pleased with their work and would use them again.

I have hired them twice to take care of plumbing issues at
my rental property. Since I do not live in Worcester, I find it very convenient
that I can authorize my tenants to call them as soon as a problem arises. Their
office keep my information in their files, notifies me which works needs to be
done, and send the bill directly to me.
Prices are in line with other local plumbing companies. They
came quick and the work was good. I was very happy the first time that they came,
but I wasn?t satisfied after the second time they came. They guy that they sent
fixed the problem in the lavatory but he ?forgot? to seal around the faucet. I understand
that he doesn?t work with the company any more. When I complained, the office staff?s
was very helpful. Mr. Gustafson himself came to fix the problem. I would use
them again because they are  very responsive
company with  a great customer service.

I thought they were confident but very expensive. They were very nice and professional but quite expensive.

The price was average, and the work was good. They came out quick, and I had bought the faucet. They did exactly what I wanted. The guy who came out was not especially nice. I would use them again because he was good at what he did.

Great job! I was given a time frame in which the plumber would show up and was called before arrival. Work was done quickly and efficiently. He also fixed a tub drain which had broken before his arrival.

Wonderful, very professional and knowledgeable. Had suggestions for setup and made me feel very comfortable.

Very congenial explained everything to me. Very pleased with the service.

They were wonderful. The guy who came out was familiar with my plumbing since I have an older home and he was very good.

The replacement was perfect but the result highlighted other issues in my basement ejector plumbing system which the plumber failed to recognize. I don't fault the plumber for this since the work requirement was completed successfully but I think a more proactive or engaged professional would have found this problem immediately and proposed solutions instead of running out the door as fast as possible.
I'm now on the outs with Gustafson over this but I would still recommend them as I have been using them for a long time and never had a problem with their work once I got them on-site.

Derek did a great job from start to finish. Very responsive company with great people. Been using them for years and will continue to do so. Derek is very informative and knows his stuff. Will be having him back soon to complete the plumbing for my kitchen remodel. Highly recommended.
