I was looking for somebody to do a repair. His dad did my roof years ago and he’s retired. I called this guy up and he’s one of the sons. He came pretty quickly and he’s a really good guy. He’s the kind of guy that will explain everything to me and tells me what he’s going to do. If something does not work, then he tells me that I could expect a certain thing that will have to happen. He’s very fair and very upfront. Actually I asked him to give me a quote on doing the whole roof next year. So I like him a lot. He went up and did a repair. He came out by himself and put a ladder up, and he went up and took a look at it. Then he came down and told me what had to done. He went up again and he was here for maybe 45 minutes. His charge was outrageously cheap. It worked and my leak stopped. That’s a way good deal. His responsiveness was good and his punctuality was perfect. He was great right across the board. If I get a bunch of quotes, his price will probably be not a lot more expensive, but the quality of his work I can tell by the way he explains things. The detail of the quality of his work will be worth the money. He and his brother are the ones that actually come here. He does not have anybody else that will come in his place. It is either he or his brother that will be on the job with anybody else that he might have working with him, and that is guaranteed.
