Energy Monster guys arrived on time. Talked to me about the problem. Did a thorough inspection of the roof and attic area. Explained what they found and what the needed repairs would be.
The guys were timely, courteous, professional, dressed well. The service truck was professional looking, with name of Energy Monster it.I felt safe having them in my home.
On the day of the visit we had the home energy audit "Eric" from Energy Monster arrived on time and the audit took about 1.5 hours. He was polite and also replaced my light bulbs with energy efficient ones and took the time to install them for me (and didn't charge me anything). Eric let me know that they would mail the contract to me within the week. It took about ten days to receive the contract. After I signed and and mailed back the contract to Energy Monster i received a call from Jen to schedule the work. The work was scheduled for the following week. The reason that I am writing this is because I really appreciated the extra effort and communication from the Energy Monster team on this. I received a rebate of $2,000 and was very happy with the whole process.
