A neighbor who is a builder referred me to this company. The salesman called me back and assessed the job quickly when I called for an estimate. (one of 3) The job was scheduled quickly as well. The crew arrived on time, went right to work, replaced the gutters and cleaned up well. There was a misunderstanding about which gutters needed to be replaced so I called the owner, David Cocaine. He called me promptly the next day and proved to be an incredibly ethical and responsible businessman. He wanted me to be satisfied with the outcome and obviously took pride in his company and reputation. This level of integrity is rare! Because the work was high quality, pricing fair and Mr. Cocaine is so exceptional, I think his company is deserving of the highest recommendation.

The workers, Angel, Maurice and Jamel were extremely professional and did a fantastic job. They spent three days at my house and left each day by cleaning everywhere they went. I couldn't be happier with their work or their attention to detai. They had to remove some of the exterior cedar siding to blow in the insulation, you couldn't tell which boards they took off. Really great guys I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again.

Spectacularly. Went above and beyond expectations. Installers (Tito) ad company owner (Dave Cocaine), were terrific communicators. On time (early even, but waited for us to be available). Did what they said they would do, but even better!

Extremely PUSHY, UNREASONABLE work agreement & horrendously OVERPRICED. Their sales rep "John" is an interesting character: 1. He never gave me the same story twice 2. His crew didn't show up the first time we scheduled an appointment & claimed he never committed to it 3. He attempted to play me against my general contractor 4. He kept quoting for work I clearly stated I didn't want CI to do. 5. His proposal included line items like "EXTRA LABOR TO DO JOB" without explanation. PLUS they had the nerve to send me a bill for work they DIDN'T ACTUALLY DO. Do yourself a favor & LOOK ELSEWHERE.
