Description of Work: We used BKJ Paving on a driveway project in 2008 - The driveway failed and buckled after less than 6 months. We hired an attorney and brought BKJ Paving to court and they never appeared. We won the case against them but have yet to receive any compensation because they have consistently ignored every court order and appearance request. Frustrating given we have had to pay the cost of our attorney and the cost for an entire new driveway - DO NOT USE BKJ PAVING

+ -1 moreI thought I was hiring Sealrite, but it was a puppet company of BKJ Paving. I had an issue with the exposed aggregate finish, which was improperly installed. Brian assured me he would fix it when I called the next day, but kept kicking the can down the road, saying he needed to talk to his father (the owner or BKJ). After trying to reach Brian for a month, he has never answered or returned a call. Now I have to hire someone else to rip up the defective work and repave. Stay away!!! I later uncovered a long history of people scammed by this company. Wish I had done my research.
