TV Repair
I expected the repair to take a week.
The 1st repair took more than 5 weeks that they blamed on not being able to get the needed part. We were told several
times the part would be in soon.
We called for an update a few times during the 5 weeks. At least 3 times, they said they would provide updates but
never did. We had to call ask them for the status.
After repair, the TV stopped working again. I brought it back to them. They were slow providing a status.
Finally they said the TV may need a mother board. They offered to repair the TV without a labor charge, but the part charge
would be $150. I declined the offer and ended the project.
I would not use them again or recommend them.

TV Repair
TV failed to turn on one Saturday
Morning. Spoke with Panasonic on Monday and they referred me here. Angies list
only had one review and it wasn't negative. Spoke with them on Monday and
decided it would be quickest to bring it in to them myself.
I arrived with TV in my minivan at noon on Tuesday; First comment by Tech was
that I should never lay a plasma TV down on its face. It was laid on top of the
couch cushions in the back of the Van. He said it should always be stood up.
Wished they’d told me that in the first place when we discussed bringing it in.
In the long run it had no effect.
They require a $60 diagnosis fee, up
front, and that it may take up to 3 days for such. It was Friday before they
got back to me, after I’d called for a status twice.
I was told it had a dead board and it
would cost $360 for the repair. I told them to go ahead. They said the part
needed to be ordered but was showing in stock. A week went by and then the next
Wednesday the part came in and I received the call that it was repaired. Over 2
weeks for the repair, without the TV for almost 3 weeks.
I looking at the receipt, they charged
$150+ for the board and the same board is available online for $70.
The TV works, however, they were pretty
slow and pricey. I’d use someone else with any new issues I have with a TV Repair.
