The vendor responded very promptly to my inquiry.
When he and his assistant came to the house, they were very professional while scoping out the work.
I offered them the job, and they accepted.
Over the past 9 weeks, I have contacted them 4 times to schedule the work.
Each follow up contact was made by me, not them.
Each time they said the job would be scheduled soon, or something to that effect, but they were not specific.
The work is still not scheduled, and I have received no explanation

I am a ne whom purchaser and needed some electrical advice. I called around to find someone willing to come out to look at an electrical issued raised by the Home Inspector the prior day on a property I am buying. Arsenault Electric actually has someone to answer the phone. I met Phil at the home at 8 am. He was very outgoing and punctual. After listening to my concerns and hearing the comments from the inspector, Phil assessed the work and then made suggestions as to the most economical way to rectify the problem. He also provided some advice on other items to watch for.
I was very impressed with their service sand knowledge.I will us ether to make some repairs once I complete the purchase of the [property. I would recommend Arsenault Electric for any of electrical needs. Michael C.

Phil was very professional. Watching him work was incredible as he mounted the lighting. He piped the wiring into the basement as if he had been at my dwelling when it was built. His workmanship was impressive and it all works great
