Amanda has cleaned for us for 5 years and is awesome! Her prices are reasonable, and she is always on time. She has also been very flexible when needed, and has deep cleaned for a move. I very highly recommend her and her staff!!

After trying to work with Amanda for several years, I got tired of her no-shows, changing appointments after the appointed day and time, and her excuses and promises to clean my house "tomorrow".

Every time Amanda comes to my home, it is such a pleasure to come back and see my house in such great condition.  She is kind and thoughtful and very hard working.  I very happy with her services and have been using them for over a year.  Very trustworthy!

We use Amanda's cleaning service at our house every week and she and her team are excellent.  We have young children and a very messy dog and Amanda and her team keep the house looking great.  I would strongly recommend them. 

While the service was fine, Amanda was very unresponsive.  As an initial matter, she never contacted me following my purchase.   After 4 days went by, I reached out to her directly.  She said she didn't have her calendar in front of her but would get back to me later that night or tomorrow morning.  She did not do so and I needed to follow up yet again to get a date.  When we finally got one, all I was told for timing was "some time in the afternoon."  While her team did a fine job, it was not worth the repeated effort to ensure the job was done.

After reading on Angie's List that it is best to contact this company by text, I did so. I sent a text on 3/22/15 @ 4:50 pm and got a text back in 20 mins. stating availability on all of the 3 days I had mentioned. I was psyched to hear back so quickly! I texted back and specified particular dates, the "stats" of our house (sq. footage, etc,), and asked for prices to see if it fits my budget. I never heard from them again. Maybe asking for pricing scared them off??
I gave a C for responsiveness b/c they were very responsive initially and then non-responsive after that, and an F for professionalism for that reason.

Amanda and her crew are always very professional. When there is an issue, Amanda responds to it immediately. We had to change times due to my kids' nap times, and she took care of it immediately. Great service, and so friendly. I have recommended Amanda's Cleaning Services to several of my friends!

We hired Amanda with Amanda's Cleaning one year ago after a prior cleaner caused damage to our hardwood floors.  Over the past year, Amanda and her team have been terrific to work with and I recommend them highly. 
When we hired Amanda our house was still new - just one year old - and we were particular in how we wanted the various floors and the overall house cleaned.  Amanda listened to our concerns, used our cleaning products (she leaves a receipt when she buys new products and I reimburse her on her next visit), and is very attentive to our concerns.  Although I'd never hired a cleaner who didn't provide their own cleaning products, I have come to appreciate knowing that our cleaners only use what I know is safe for our house.  I also appreciate that Amanda requests that I pay by check - with prior cleaners, I found I was always running to the ATM to get cash for them.
Amanda and her team (2-3 cleaners) arrive promptly each week and leave the house spotless.  And they often go above and beyond their normal cleaning duties.  For instance, cleaning windows is not part of their job, and yet a couple weeks ago I had hung Halloween decorations on a window with low-quality tape and when the decorations fell from the window they left behind marks from the tape; I hadn't yet gotten around to cleaning the tape residue off the window and yet when I came home after Amanda had cleaned our house that day, she and her team had clearly gone to some effort to clean the sticky residue off (it was no easy job, and it was totally unexpected).
Amanda is easy to reach (text) with questions, concerns, or the need to reschedule, and she is always quick to respond.  She has been a pleasure to work with and we look forward to a long relationship ahead.

We hired Amanda after perusing Angie's List and interviewing several services.  I liked her immediately and she has been great.  Of note, we both work and are not home when Amanda comes to clean, but in the six months we have had her, we have had no issues.  She comes when she says she will and her team does a great job.  In particular, they are attentive to details I have requested such as not letting the cat get out, locking up when they leave etc.  Based on her excellent performance, I have referred her to another family within the building.
She typically only communicates by Text, so a smart phone is preferred, although I suspect, not essential.

Overall the experience has been positive, and Amanda and her group provide the service they promise.  Here and there small things have been overlooked, but Amanda does frequently ask for feedback, or if anything is unsatisfactory,and addresses it with her team immediately thereafter.  I would recommend her service.

My home is always spotless, and she even changes the sheets. It was is nice to come home to a clean house and clean sheets. Highly recommend!

Amanda did an initial deep clean and was scheduled to clean on a monthly basis after that.  The initial deep clean was adequate however she did short out our stove's control panel by excessively spraying cleaning solution on it.  She also ignored some areas that we specifically mentions in our consultation including the ceiling fan and refrigerator. 
She scheduled a follow up appointment for Thursday 12/26 and never showed up.  She has not returned our email/phone call or texts. 
Communication has always been terrible and we will not hire her again.

The deep cleaning was phenomenal. While I have always taken great pride in maintaining my own home, I have to say they just did so much that I can't seem to get done anymore with a toddle wanting my attention all day. They washed down every surface in the bathrooms, included my older style tiled shower, where the tiles are on the ceiling. They washed everything in the kitchen including cleaning my toaster oven inside and out. They washed the floors, vacuumed and dusted everything. They washed the inside of my windows. They moved my decorative items and dusted under that. I have to say the house was immaculate. Since then they come every two weeks and complete my house in about 2 - 2.5 hours. Each time it is as clean as the deep cleaning. They really do a wonderful job and Amanda is always honest about letting me know if there is anything I am not entirely happy with. She wants to learn what we like our house to be like and she wants us to be 100% happy. I find her and the women she works with to be trustworthy. From time to time they move something around a little bit and I love their decorative eye. They do something I have never thought to do and the house looks better or more organized for it. I couldn't be happier with all the time I have gained for myself when I used to have to use that time to do the cleaning myself. . I highly recommend her.
