AGF MARBLE & GRANITE

Dishonest folks. We built a house and AGF was the vendor for the countertops. I asked specifically if the kitchen sink was available in 16 gauge stainless steel and the office manager Patricia said Yes and it was an $80 upgrade. We paid $80 extra to upgrade from 18 gauge. This was about 4 months ago. I recently had to get underneath the sink to mount a soap dispenser and noticed what appeared to be an 18 gauge sink. I called the sink manufacturer and after the guy there asked me to verify a few things he confirmed it was an 18 gauge sink. He insisted that there was hardly a difference between the two except the 16 gauge was thicker and for most folks they will never know the difference. Yeah I get that but I also wanted and paid for the 16 gauge. I emailed Patricia and she insisted it is a 16 gauge sink and even said she purchased a 16 gauge sink for us. I figured either AGF tried to screw us or they were screwed by their vendor. I asked her to show me an invoice from her supplier or anything indicating it was a 16 gauge sink. She won't and after going back and forth via email a few times her final reply was "sorry, i can't help you". You figured spending over $10K for countertops gave them enough profits. Take my review for what it's worth and make your own judgement.

Great job Always on time Polite and efficient

AGF was timely and did a wonderful job.  There were 5 large pieces and many small pieces along with some material that had powdered.  They were able to put the pieces together and fill the areas that were left with cracks.  The table top isn't perfect (AGF had advised that this would be the case) but looks much better than I expected.  Unless you are looking for the problem, you wouldn't notice it.

Anacleto is not only knowledgeable about kitchen design he is also meticulous about the installation. He came exactly when he said he would, did a superb job and cleaned up very well after wards. He made excellent suggestions when we were making our decisions and everyone who has seen our kitchen has been extremely impressed with the quality of the work as well as the beautiful pattern on our granite. Anacleto even helped us find additional contractors to complete the project (painter & plumbers). He is friendly and easy to work with and takes tremendous pride in his work. He even came back when the appliances were being installed to make sure that nothing damaged the granite!
