The team was great! After a tragedy like a house fire, you're not sure where to turn. We had people just show up business cards trying to solicit business. We asked the insurance company to provide us with 3 suggested suppliers in the area that could clean, store and restore the furniture and housewares that sustained smoke damage. Once we met with Advances we knew they were the right team for the job.
The team provided a thorough walk thru with some great direction. They gave us some great direction and even helped us to get the most from our insurance company. When it came time to pull the goods out of the home, they were quick and careful not to damage anything. When the goods came back, we only had 1 broken glass and 1 broken plate. The home repairs took 6 months longer than originally planned. When we needed some things out of storage, the team was very accommodating even hand delivering the boxes to our temporary residence. 
The team at Advanced took a bad situation and made it a little easier. We would definitely use them again if the need arouse and refer them in the future.

Steve, Jason and the rest of the crew were amazing to work with. During the demolition they covered my furniture and floors with plastic. Removed all of the bagged debris and did a thorough job of cleaning up after themselves. The trim was carefully removed so it could be reused. They even removed all of the nails from it and stored it flat in my storage room in my basement so it would be out of the way. Although I hope I never have this kind of damage again, I would hire Advanced Cleaning again in a heart beat.
