Herb McAdams provided a rapid service in at time of stress, emailed us with the progress while we were away from the house. He cleaned up the yard after removing the tree. He did exceed our expectations. The fee seemed reasonable to us and also important was the reassurance we got from his communication, especially in a stormy situation.
