We worked with Michael Tanionos at the recommendation of our realtor for the purchase of a house in Winchester. Having dealt with brokers before in other purchase and refinances, Michael was by far the best I've ever dealt with. He took significant initiative in helping us lock in rates before the started to climb earlier this year, and proactively gave us a number of options regarding bridge loans and recasts which allowed us to best time the sale of our home with the purchase of or new home.
Michael clearly is customer driven and was extremely responsive (even on weekends). I can, admittedly, be a handful in this type of transaction, and Michael did a great job in dealing with me as well as my mortgage. I would recommend Michael for any home mortgage needs, as my read is that he is driven by customer services, and is as honest as they come.
