Sunday night our TV went off. Plugged it into other outlets in the room, but only 1 worked. Called Stockwood and made arrangements for them to be down early Monday morning at 8 a.m. They showed up 5 minutes earlier. Ralph and his coworker were shown the room and the outlets. They went immediately to the cellar to check out the circuit breakers, the box, all the wiring in the cellar. The were very thorough. They then checked all the outlets in the room and found one outlet had a burnt neutral wire that was causing the problem.
They replaced the wire and reterminated the outlet. Their price was great for the amount of time they were here.
We would recommend them to others (and we have).
