I needed a top-rated professional theatre design company to professionally install my OLED TV, Denon Receiver, Apple TV, Nintendo Switch, and Sony Blu Ray. All these components were to be controlled by one single Harmony remote. I went to TV Install Pros based on their amazing reputation in the business and I am so glad I did. They had great prices for work that was top notch and professional. Ryan, Martin, and Nick are the most professional team to work with! They truly do believe in delivering exceptional customer service to their customers. They were also the most courteous and most knowledgeable team I had ever worked with. They were prompt on their scheduled appointments, and their quality of work was exceptional. I had the TV mounted on the wall and it looks and sounds simply amazing! I am extremally happy with the installation and would highly recommend TV Install Pros for a home theatre installation.

Amazing service! We have struggled with spotty Internet access in our house for years. Remote learning and at-home work was more frustrating than it needed to be. We connected with TV Install Pros and one week later our Internet is amazing throughout our home. The team was knowledgable and professional, offering multiple solutions for us to choose from. Second time using TV Install Pros. Technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, on-time and completed the electrical work exactly as expected. Our first experience was just for a wall mounting as we had the electrical work done separately. This first wall-mounting was in a tricky corner without convenient studs to hang and they were able to make it look perfect. The mount and TV held up great and were still standing / good condition when we moved five years later. This time around we didn't hesitate to use TV Install Pros for both the mounting and electrical work. Both were done perfectly.

In our century-old house, there really isn't a great place in the living room for a TV, so we thought a projector with a pull-down screen would be less intrusive, while not impeding the flow of the room. We got quotes from a few contractors, and TV Install Pros.' was the best price as well as the best plan for installation. They installed the projector, installed a new outlet box in the ceiling, and ran power and AV cords through the ceiling and down the wall to the AV receiver and outlet. Everything looks super clean, and while the job ran a little long, they were very cognizant of not wasting time. This was an unusual setup, but the finished result is everything we wanted.

We finally decided to replace our old TV, stereo and entertainment center with a simplified, comprehensive media installation. I had thought about doing it myself but was concerned that I would not be able to do inside-the-wall wiring and wall mounting without either destroying my walls or the new TV. After seeing universally positive reviews I called Ryan at TV Install Pros. He stopped by that evening to look at the environment and discuss our needs. I told him we wanted a high-quality wall mounted 4K TV with an integrated sound bar that gave us audio quality at least as good if not better than our previous tuner and Bose speakers. We also wanted a system that was Alexa enabled and could play any of our Spotify songs on demand. We wanted all wiring and connections to be hidden inside the wall (old horsehair plaster), and wanted the TV connected to our ethernet connection upstairs so it was not reliant our wifi network. Ryan recommend a 55" Sony Bravia TV with a Sonos Soundbeam soundbar fully installed and working according the specs I provided. His proposal was comprehensive, detailed and laid out all components and labor individually priced. Upon acceptance of the proposal he was able to schedule the installation within a week. The installation team arrived as scheduled and were very enthusiastic about the new components and installation. They were very careful to get my approval on every installation decision (how high on the wall, where to put new ethernet jacks...). The installation went well and took exactly as long as estimated in the quote. New power distribution, HDMI cables and network cables were all installed in recessed boxes behind the television and incredibly there was not a speck of plaster to be found on the floor after the guys left. The work also required outside wiring which was done neatly and unobtrusively. We were thrilled with the TV and Soundbar quality. After the install, we had a few issues related to our own network set up (multiple wireless networks causing interference). Ryan came by the day after the installation and patiently worked through the issues with the vendor's support team. This is something I could not have done on my own as their relationship with the suppliers allows direct access to technical support. Sonos tech support was able to remotely connect to the system and determine the source of the EMI interference, quickly resolving the problem. Later the next day I emailed Ryan with an admittedly dumb question, and he responded immediately - and this was after 10:00 PM. I'm really glad that I did not attempt all this on my own. The extra few hundred dollars to pay for installation was well worth it considering the results and the follow-on support I needed.

I was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship. Speaker installation was flawless. Technician was knowledgeable and made sound recommendations to address wireless connectivity issues. Super fast follow-up on post installation questions. I would definitely recommend.

I went with the Install Pros to install/mount a new TV above our Fireplace. The guys were very professional and did a very thorough job. They were knowledgeable and definitely knew what they were doing. Set up the wires behind the wall and mounted TV above fireplace and even helped with basic set up of the TV since it was new. I highly recommend them for your mounting jobs and install and would use them again in the future.

Had these guys do a mount in our new home and we couldn't be happier with how it came out. The whole process was very smooth and stress free. I reached out by email with a photo of the living room wall and the TV I was looking at. I got a quick and easy estimate that was accurate and didn't jump up with hidden extras after the installation. The estimate was also better than Best Buy so I got to not only support a local business, but save some money doing it. There was a minor issue with scheduling, but they were very professional and reacted quickly to avoid any inconvenience which was greatly appreciated. The install itself was quick, professional, and CLEAN. They didn't leave any plastic, cable ties, screws, dust, etc after they were done. The guys mounting the TV were respectful, very knowledgeable about the products, and also helpful in explaining the mount features and operation of the TV and mount. Once it was up on the wall they took care of programming the remote, organizing the excess coax cable in the basement, and they even made sure to clean off any smudges and fingerprints from the TV screen before they left. Great guys all around and I will be more than happy to recommend them to family and friends.

Great work. From the initial consult, to the tv selection, to the installation, through the final follow up, they were very professional and easy to work with. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

I bought the TV and soundbar from them as their prices were better than the box store and they would handle the entire project and equipment. I did not have to do anything. The installation looks great. The install team (2 brothers) was efficient, very knowledgeable and friendly. They also carried out the old giant, heavy tube TV to my pickup so I could take it to the recycling center. They installed a new electrical box, full articulating mount, 3 HDMI cables and optical audio cable. All cables were hidden in the wall for a very clean and professional installation.

Better than expected.

They showed up a little bit late, maybe 15 minutes came and looked at the set up and told me to go get a mounting bracket for the sound bar so it would attach to the tv and not see any wires. Ryan looked it up on line and showed me exactly what to get and said they would start working while I went to get it.

These guys are great. They are very professional, courteous, and will make certain the job is completed to your and their standards. And while they do this as a side job on nights and weekends, I cannot imagine how someone else could have done a better job or been more pleasant to work with.
We had a pretty tricky install with a 1920s home, horsehair plaster walls, over fireplace mount, power and signal through difficult walls, and a pretty crazy mount (more on that below). They very patiently worked through all the problems and did an amazing job minimizing the need for access holes. The job ended up requiring a 2nd night, and they generously made time in their schedule to return the next night and stayed until everything was perfect.
I'd already done my research and had picked out all the electronics and mounts and just needed help with the actual install, and they were more than happy to work with me. At the same time if I needed more help integrating a system, I'm sure they would have been more than capable. Other people I had contacted either refused to do anything less than a full service design and integration (with many services I did not want or need) or knew how to install a mount but didn't have the electric and system knowhow to implement a solid system. Ryan and Dennis had it all.
As for the mount itself, we went with a Down and Out mount from Dynamic Mounting (dynamicmounting.com) along with the speaker mount kit. The mount is this crazy thing that allows a TV to be pulled down from the wall and lowered like 3'. It felt like a pretty big risk since there is really no other equivalent out there, but it has turned out to be an amazing mount. In our narrow room, a TV above the fireplace would have just been too high for comfortable viewing, but now that we can lower it to a normal height when watching, we couldn't be happier. Even though Dennis and Ryan had never seen a mount like this before, they worked with me to get it mounted perfectly and it has worked flawlessly.
