Top Line Construction

We used Boris to completely renovate our bathroom.   Boris is one of the most hardworking people I have ever met.  He started the project in a few short days of the original estimate and showed up at 7AM EVERYDAY.  I live in a 100 year old building and the bathroom is over 120 SF.   He pulled out over 6,000 lbs of old materials during the demolition which he and his crew completed in just two days.  He furred out the existing framing components, changed the framing on the ceiling, added exhaust fan and ducting, recessed lights, and changed the framing for the closet to accommodate a washer and dryer (which we originally did not have).   He demo'd the floor which was concrete and uneven.   He put a new floor in (subfloor), tile on top, drywalled and plastered all walls, painted and oversaw the tile crew.  He installed a frameless glass shower and even added wainscoting with a chair rail.  He stopped in during the project when the plumber, electrician, tile guys and inspectors came throughout the whole process.  It was our only bathroom so he even removed the toilet and reset it EVERY DAY to ensure that we would have usable facilities.   He also painted all the walls and refinished the mahogany window and doors which we did not have painted.   He added custom shelving to the new closet, and the best part worked with the electrician to have blue tooth wireless speakers put in the ceiling so you can listen to music while in the shower!
He was so responsive through the process and we would absolutely recommend him and am happy to show any potential clients our bathroom to see what he can do for you.    
I actually also had him redo our guest bedroom closet which came out magnificent.

boris and another man redid our kitchen. they leveled out the floor of
our 100+ year old sagging home and installed an amazing ikea kitchen.
they handled the ikea cabinets with considerable experience - knowing
immediately when we were missing a single part from the 4 million that
make up each cabinet. boris was very instructive on which part i needed
to get from ikea. and he was always right. their trim work, tiling and
attention to detail are all amazing. i'm very attentive to details, and
tend to notice every tiny thing wrong. there is NOTHING wrong with our
kitchen. it's a work of art. a pleasure to sit in. oh. and boris brought
me the most delicious chocolate cake when he found out it was my
birthday. i can't recommend boris enough.
