Titan Auto Glass

The windshield of my van cracked after recent freezing rain/snow conditions. I was referred to a larger franchise company for replacement by my insurance. Since I had a bad experience many years ago with windshield replacement, I thought to look around more to decide. After reading all the reviews Titan received through Google and Yelp, I decided to go with Titan. During the first conversation, Shaun asked several questions about the car to make sure he has all the parts for the replacement. I was very impressed with his communication and attention to details. The windshield replacement work came out perfect. Shaun also took the time to put back my inspection sticker, so I did not have to get a new one. Another thing to mention is, although my insurance company’s default recommendation is a larger company, Titan auto glass is also their preferred shop. The work is guaranteed same as other insurance preferred repair shop. I am grateful for the reviews that helped me found Titan and decided to share my experience to echo Shaun’s great workmanship and customer service.

Great experience with Titan Auto Glass today. Shaun worked around a tricky schedule for me - unforeseen due to a sick child at home. Rather than meet me at my office, he met my wife at her office (with my car). Shaun informed me that the windshield in my car (which I had purchased several years earlier, used) had once been replaced before and apparently not that well. He sent me photos via cell phone with explanations of what he saw and how he resolved the issues. Pretty unique experience for this type of service. Thanks Shaun.
