Missed sections of the bed initially. Had to follow up and they said that it was our mistake for whatever reason. We called them for Spring cleaning this year. They did not return call despite following up a number of times. They do come to the neighborhood to do work and they skip my house.

I signed a contract to do both spring cleaning and mulching. They rescheduled the spring cleaning a couple of times and never did the mulching despite number of followups. They never reachable on phone and are unresponsive. They are only prompt in ensuring they get their payments on time.

We paid $150 to open and close our irrigation system. It's not open. We called 3 times between April and May and after the third call we were left a message saying that they would be here the following day. It's now July and it's still not open. The only thing they have appeared to do is cash our check. We left a message the week of July 15 and have not had a response.
