 + -1 moreDisappointingly. Vern has been my go-to electrician for several years. Until a couple of weeks ago, he had been extremely responsive and professional, besides being an excellent electrician. For the most recent electrical issue, he and I set up a service call that needed to be re-scheduled. I made two follow-up calls that were both never returned. Very surprising and disappointing. Like the previous two jobs, perhaps my latest one sounded too small to him. Seems short-sighted to me, because we really want to re-model our kitchen, and will need electrical work. Thankfully, I found another electrician who is as capable as Vern but much more professional.
