I called Charlie O'Riordan and received a return call the same day. He gave me an approximate estimate over the phone. We had used him before so we did not request the estimate in writing. The work was scheduled for the following week. The crew arrived on the date and time we agreed on and completed the work in one day. They did everything we requested and cleaned up after themselves.

Initial call was returned promptly. A written estimate was provided within 1 week of walk through. Work was scheduled within 2 weeks of estimate. Work was completed over a 2 day period. Crew arrived as expected, performed work professionally, and cleaned up the space before departing each day. We were very happy with the end result.
