Chuck was always on time, polite, and neat. As a matter of fact he even cleaned up the general contractor's mess because he couldn't stand to work in it. Chuck was always reliable and stayed with the job from start to finish without walking away and leaving it incomplete for days on end. He also had great suggestions for substitutions which saved us a lot of money. I don't know the exact cost since he was paid by the GC, however, the value and quality he proviced was well worth even a 50% increase.
