NORTHEAST TREE INC

We had two trees pruned. The trees look real good and Northeast came in with a competetive quote. I'd hire them again but I would ask them to do a better job cleaning up/picking up debris left behind from the pruning (large sticks strewn about the front and back yard).

He was good. He came to the house as promised and on time. He did the work and the price was ok. What stood out what they honor their commitment and got the job done on time as promised. They came in, did their job, brought in the proper equipment and they did not damage my landscape.

Showed up on time. Consultation was very knowledgeable. They took the tree down in a timely manner. Only took a couple of hours for a very large tree! Very happy with the service.

We need to have some tree work done. North East Tree Inc. did some job in the neighborhood. I left the message and they call back on the same day. Tom FitzPatrick ame next day to give me an estimate. Due to the July 4th holiday, they told me that they won't be able to do it until 2 weeks later. They came after about 2 weeks while I was not home, but came back next day when I asked them to trim a little more off the apple tree. They did a good job. Especially the cherry tree in the fromt. It looks so beautiful now. They are easy to communicate. Tom gave me his cell phone. Very easy to reach him.

The job went great. Dealing with Pam was a pleasure; she was professional and true to her word. The work was done when it was scheduled. Northeast even scheduled our job so we would not have to bear the entire cost of the necessary police detail. The cutting, removal, shredding and grinding were accomplished in a minimum of time. When the crew left, the area was so clean you wouldn't know that a tree was removed.

Chris made short work (literally) of that tree. Then he and the other guys moved the branches to a gully around another pine tree and clustered the trunk pieces (cut into roughly equal stumps) into another area, both by my recommendation. Chris left a clean, short stump where the tree once stood. The only thing I'm a little leery about is that the branches and brush in the gully is really piled close to the trunk of the other pine tree, but they assured me that it'll be fine. Chris is an extremely skilled, efficient and pleasant climber/cutter who deserves most of the credit for the work.

They did an okay job. It was quite a back and forth on scheduling. It was supposed to be done a few months ago but they kept on pushing it off. A neighbor recommended them. Their work was great. They came in and they were done in an hour. They cleaned everything up. I have no complaints about that. I thought we would look around a little bit more.

They were professional, knowledgeable. We've been using them for 25 years and use them anytime we need tree services. They are a family owned company and definitely worth checking out, we have always been very happy with the service.

They did a nice job. They were responsive, they came when they said they would and they took care of the pruning that I needed. It was kind of a difficult job but they did a nice job and did a nice clean-up afterwards.

The team showed up on time and started setting up their equipment. They were done within 2 hours including cleaning up the mess. Very professional and polite

The whole process was easy and seamless. Not race of their work was left after they left with the 50' tree.

They did not have to move equipment onto our lawn, and had a crane that they moved the trees with. They also had a large shredder that quickly disposed of any debris.

We called around to find someone to take down a smallish Norway Maple that we had started taking down ourselves, but realized the tree trunk was less straight than we have originally thought. Some places quoted scheduling time in January! Northeast tree stopped by the same day quoted a reasonable price and came the next day. Tree is gone, we are very happy.

I contacted Northeast Tree about removing two trees in my back yard that were located between my shed and my neighbor's house. I left a message and someone returned my call on the same day. Tom came to look at the job, and I explained to him that it was important to me that no debris be left in my neighbors yard. He gave me an estimate, and explained how the trees would be removed. Within two weeks they came to take down the trees. I was not at home at the time, but when I did come home you would not even know they were there except that the trees were gone, and my driveway and the area around the trees was actually cleaner than before they came. I found my contacts with Northeast Tree to be pleasant and easy to work with, and I felt that the workers that took down the trees did a good job, and were also respectful of my property.

For two years in a row I called and booked for them to come out and spray. They told me they would come and put an invoice in my box after they had sprayed. They never came and they never called to let me know they were not interested in the work.

From start to finish, working with Northeast Tree was a pleasure. They arrived to provide a quote within days of my initial inquiry. Of the four companies from which I solicited quotes, Northeast Tree's was the most competitive and included the largest scope of work. They made thoughtful suggestions on additional work that would help me achieve my goal of getting more sunlight into the yard and house. They were spot on in their suggestions. On the day of work, the showed up right on time with a crew of six guys. They got right to work and made a complicated job look easy. They managed to fit the crane in my driveway (two other companies didn't think they could do it) and lift a huge oak tree and two tall pine trees right over my house and into the chipper. It was truly impressive work and awesome to watch. They spent the whole day at the house, the crew of six working in tandem. They managed to keep the street clear and allowed all my neighbors to pass by with ease (and awe). They left the house and yard clean and free of branches, etc. when they left. Overall, I can't imagine what more they could have done. A+ professional work in every way.

Northeast Tree removed two large oaks and a small swamp maple from my yard. They also came back about a week later to grind the stump of the one of the large oaks. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism. They were like clockwork. Each person had a role and executed it to perfection. That were hoisting someone up into the tree who then cut huge chunks of the tree with his chainsaw. The crane then picked up that huge piece carried it over my roof and dropped it in the street where the other team fed it through the chipper. After each tree was cut, they would clean up the surrounding area. I was truly amazed at just how swift they made it through the work. The stump grinding piece was another masterpiece. They chewed through the huge stump with ease and proceeded to take wheelbarrow after wheelbarrow of wood chips and dump them in an area I had requested. They also took additional wood chips out of the area when I requested them to do so. It wasn't cheapest price I got, but I'm glad I went with them. They did everything they said they'd do and when they said they'd do it. The gargantuan machinesthey used, their professionalism, and their hard work spoke volumes for the pride they take in their jobs. I highly recommend Northeast Tree if you have some tree work that you need done!

Northeast did an excellent job. I called 5 companies. They responded within 24 hours and gave me a quote within 48 hours. Since my timeframe was flexible they offered me an "anytime" price. This meant they would fit the job in on a day when they finished early or had a cancellation. Their anytime bid was the lowest I received so I gave them the go ahead. They called about 2 1/2 weeks later and said they would be there in 30 minutes. They set up their big crane, attached it to the top of the tree, made a quick cut at the bottom of the tree then lifted the tree out of the yard and into their huge wood chipper. the whole thing took about an hour. Very professional, efficient operation. Very courteous service. The whole process was very straight forward. No run around.

They did a fantastic job. We were very happy with them. They were very clear about how they would do things and they took their time and walk around the property with me and explained everything and gave me options on different ways that they could approach it. They cleaned up after themselves. The price was best. I would use them again.

work completed on time and satisfactorily, cleanup could have been better. stump grinder came in about 5 days late the company did not call us to tell us why we had to call them, upon arrival they did a great job and great cleanup.

They were good. They were punctual. They were really fast. My husband dealt with them mostly and he didn't complain at all. They were knowledgeable about the area, the trees and tree-health and things like that. They were responsive and they came when they said they were going to be here, unlike a few other tree companies that we have used, that are quick to respond, but when it comes to scheduling the work, they get busy. They were informative and definitely gave us some advice before it was cut down, so they didn't just show up and cut it and leave.

They scheduled according to our needs. (We needed to wait until spring to secure our Koi ponds) They arrived a little late on the scheduled day, but it was because they needed to make a repair on their chipper and their office called several times to let us know the status of the crew. Because we had a stone wall next to our drive, they used our neighbors drive (with their permission) The crew was polite, hard working, and efficient and worked very well as a team. We requested another big tree be removed while they were here and it wasn't a problem for them. I was impressed with their safely precautions the whole day. (Some of their equipment was massive and could have been deadly) Their clean up was excellent. They were very careful of our neighbor's driveway and yard. I asked if I could have a "slice" of the Oak trunk to make a table and they did it instantly with a smile. I would recommend them without hesitation.
