Northeast Tree was excellent. Quote was much lower than competitor, and the work was scheduled and performed well. I was a bit worried that after a few days of rain prior to appointment, there would be tire tracks on the lawn from the bobcat-like machine they needed to cut and remove the fallen tree - however, there was very little sign of it at all, which was great. Ed was very helpful getting the job scheduled and answering questions. Would highly recommend.

Northeast Tree came out and gave me an estimate to get some old tree stumps removed from our property, and not even a week later the job was already done! All three stumps were ground, removed, and cleaned up in less than 30 minutes! The two men who did the job were prompt, professional, and thorough. Would hire again for sure.

I have hired Northeast Tree several times. The office and team personnel are very pleasant anytime I contact them. All appointment times made by them are always “right on time” if not early! When the crew arrives they go over everything that was on the estimate and when completed the price is never changed from estimate. I had twelve very large trees removed today and you would never know as they clean up the yard, etc. COMPLETELY. This company is so FANTASTIC in all respects. Do not hesitate for one minute..hire them and see for yourself !

From start to finish this company was fabulous to work with. My parents reached out to them to get an estimate for 2 trees. A representative showed up at the agreed time, provided an estimate. She was lovely. My parents reached out to book them. On the day of service, they came on time and got the work completed in 2 hours. everything was cleaned up well afterwards. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service. We would totally hire them again.

Absolutely amazing team arrived at house, communicated with me and reviewed job, meticulously went over and beyond expectations. We were concerned our lawn would get damaged, you couldn't even tell they were here. Such precision work done in an efficient and calculated manner. All done in 4 hours - impressive. Will hire again, will not go to anyone else. Price was the best, insured, and team works like clockwork - highly professional. Impressive to watch!

The team was very punctual and did an excellent job cutting and removing all three trees. I was amazed to see their precision in cutting and how quickly they completed the job. They also did a very good job cleaning up.

The 2 people who came at the appointed time Mark Leroux and Eric R were punctual, polite and professional. They seemed to know what they were doing, and did a good job. They also cleaned up after they were done.

It went fine, in that there had been a winter storm and, basically, everybody in the vicinity was calling tree people. They basically squeezed us in because we were a customer. I think we got something like next day or the day after service. They would be the first people I would call (for service). I have nothing but good things to say about them. It took between two and four hours to get the tree off my house. They come in with a big crane and take the tree out in much larger pieces than other companies traditionally do that use bucket trucks and take the limbs off first. They have an oversized chipper and there is no fooling around. They are quick. I have watched other ones that are more methodical. Northeast takes just the bigger limbs off and then removes the trunk with the rest of the branches with the crane and then into the oversized chipper. It is amazing to watch. It is a great show to watch them work.

One large branch had come down which forced the evaluation of the whole tree and then the subsequent decision to have the tree removed. It was the second time ( I used them).

They were expensive. I did not really use them at all. I might not use them again for an estimate because they were expensive. I do not want to give them a bad rap because someone might find them not as expensive as I did. I did not go with them because of the price. I think they were pretty knowledgeable, and professional.

Awesome, so much faster than I imagined and amazing to watch the incredibly well planned removal. Excellent cleanup and working with police detail. Respectful of city and neighbor's property. Better of 2 prices obtained, busy time of year, so appreciated quick estimate. Insurance info was provided quickly upon request.

The crew arrived on time. The written work order they had was incorrect and listed only 3 trees but with the price we had agreed for 4 trees. I had to retrieve the estimate we signed to get the crew to clean up four trees instead of three. Once they saw the original document, they worked on 4 trees. They did a good job clearing dead branches and mostly cleaned up after themselves. However, some small branches and leaves were left in one of the gutters in front of the house, as well as some branches and leaves in the side yard. I was especially bothered by the debris left in the gutter as that is not easily accessible and forced my husband to get on the roof. I would have asked the crew to finish up the clean up but they left without letting us know they were finished.

I met with Pamela to go over the yard, she was very flexible and came by at a time that was convenient for me. She was very knowledgeable and offered good insight. I wasn't home when they came with the crane, but since all the trees were being removed I wasn't concerned. Everything was done before I got home from work. All stumps were ground with the exception of 2 on a decline. Could barely tell they had been there except for ability to see sky and not pine trees. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal.

Well it's NOW May and haven't heard from them, tried calling the 2 phone listed and keep getting a busy signal, hence the new rating of ..........." D ". Have used Northeast Tree in the past a couple of times and would rate them a "B". But the past doesn't represent the present.

From start to finish they were professional, courteous and extremely skillful in their completion of our job. We found their office staff, scheduler, and site team to be helpful and responsive. They arrived early and removed seven huge trees from our property using a crane that was positioned once in our driveway. The driveway was protected from harm with platforms. They removed two trees from near the street, one enormous tree that was less than 15 feet from our home, three trees in the back apprx. 25 feet away from our kitchen, and one at the far left corner of our property without ever moving the crane, without disturbing any of the other existing trees and foliage around them or property. Each tree was lifted to the a street team who prepared them to be trucked away. They then cleaned our property of any debris that was left from cutting, leaves, and branches. After less than 6 hours, they had finished our job and moved up the street to my neighbor's yard where they cut down another five extremely large trees for her. Quite a days work!

Scheduling was touch and go. Pamela was wonderful to work with and did the best she could given my crazy schedule. Thankfully, it all worked out in the end. The crew came right around the time I was told they'd be there. I met with the crane operator and we went over what trees were being taken and how far down I wanted the cut. Since the trees were located on a soft ground incline, I didn't want the trees cut to the stumps because of erosion problems. They marked the trees where I wanted the cut done and then they started setting up the crane. It took a few minutes to get the crane in position since my street is narrow with no sidewalks. They had to fit the crane in my neighbor's driveway due to the inaccessibility from my driveway to access the trees. Luckily my neighbor agreed to having the crane on their driveway. The crew used great care in setting up, driving the crane over platforms they laid down on the driveway and lawn, to eliminate any possible damage. Once it was all set up, the climbers were hoisted up with the crane and attached strapping to the limbs that would help them lift the tree out. When the cut was made, the crane operator lifted the entire tree (yes, the whole tree at once) out of the area, over my house, and carefully placed it in the street, making sure he did not hit electrical/phone wires. Once there, a worker used a tool to feed the tree into the chipper. Pretty amazing to watch an entire tree being chipped into mulch. I was like a little kid going from the back yard to the front yard watching the whole process. I can't say enough about how great a job they did. These guys are truly professionals, working systematically to get the job done. They didn't rush the job and carefully worked so these trees were removed safely. There was absolutely NO damage to my yard, my neighbors yard, or their driveway. They cleaned up so well, one would have never known they were ever there at all. Amazing job from beginning to end. I would hire them again if I needed to. Worth every penny I paid for the job. The whole job was completed in a little less than two hours.

Pam Fitzpatrick was great to work with on the project. She gave us a fair estimate, came back several times to review and mark the trees just to make sure we were on the same page with everything. She provided certificates of insurance promptly for liability and workers comp. Very friendly, professional and easy to work with. Jennifer was also very nice, Pam's sister, she scheduled the visits for Pam and the start of the job along with Pam. The crew including Eddy Fitzpatrick were great to deal with as well. Very professional and focused on the job, they knew exactly what they were doing which included having a large crane on-site to remove some very large pines on the property. The entire job including stump grinding, bucket truck work and removal of large pines was all done in 1 week in time for excavator to come in the following week. Northeast is competitively priced, professional and quality of work is great, efficiency/punctuality/responsiveness speaks for itself, we would recommend them to anyone!

Pam was great to work with. She came and gave an estimate on time. She was thorough. The crew was delayed by an emergency, but the office kept in touch so I knew what was happening all the time. They removed the trees and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again.
