After getting quotes from a couple different companies, we decided to go with Middlesex Tree. Their quote was the most competitive and they were able to schedule us within 2 1/2 weeks. They called the night before and then 30 minutes before to give us a heads up. They worked diligently on the three projects and were open to answering any questions. They also put an emphasis on clean-up, saying, "After we leave, you won't even know we were here." Highly recommended.

I called and asked to have them come out and give me an estimate, they were swamped with clean up work from the October storm but came out wihin a week. He took a look and gave me a good price, then I asked to do a bunch of smaller trees and he agreed to do them for the same price. With a big job it seems that if they are gonna be there all day anyway cutting downa few extra trees that would normally be a few hundred dollars each is no big deal fo rthem to throw in. Anyway...the day of the job was amazing. He had a huge crane, a bucket truck, the worlds biggest chipper shredder and ended up going through 4 dump trucks of tree chips. The guy in the bucket truck would go up, tie the rope around a hunk of tree (usually about 25-30 foot chunks) and then cut them...Chris (the owner) was working the crane and would lift it up, over power lines, across the street to aa waiting ground crew who fed it into the chipper in a cul de sac. It was amazing..they were there from 8AM to 6PM, arranged for the police detail and cleaned up everything before leaving. It was an expensive job, but I was very happy with the result. I would recommend Middlesex Tree Service to anyone looking to have some trees removed.

Principal was on project and flexible in dealing with construction activity on site. Got a crane -no extra charge- when structure not on site when estimate was given prevented conventional approach.

My son found them on Angie's List. He called them and they were out within two hours. The tree service guy was professional. As a matter of fact, my neighbors kept him and they had him do the other part of the tree that didn't fall down. The tree service guy knew what he was doing. He had the right equipment. He was punctual and courteous. He had an 80 foot crane. The tree that fell on my house was over 40 feet long. My son was sitting on a chair and watched as the tree fell. He then got up and ran away. They came out fast with the proper equipment. Everything was amazing. They had a crane that picked up the tree like it was a toothpick. They had a shredder and it shredded the entire tree at once. We couldn't get through as my entire yard was taken up. I usually tell my daughter not to park her car in the front and had she done that, then her car would have gotten damaged. I think Chris is the guy who owns it. He was amazing and I can't say enough good things about him. I am using Midldlesex Tree Service again.

I called a few tree service companies to have 3 medium sized trees removed. Middlesex Tree promptly came over and gave me a fair estimate. I made an appointment and they showed up on time and did the job. The completely cleaned up after the job too.

A very large tree fell right into our house, and we needed a service right away. It was a time thing for sure. They had to get it away from the house so the house could be closed up due to the weather situation. They came out the first day and moved it, and then the next day they came out and broke it up and hauled it away. They did a very nice job in a very short amount of time.
