Mortgage Companies
I think we got a great mortgage at a great rate, but I did feel that the
representative we worked with could have been a bit more forthcoming
with what he would need from us, when. We ended up doing a fair amount
of last-minute scrambling in order to get our commitment letter in time,
even though we'd been in contact with our rep weeks in advance asking
him what he needed from us. It was frustrating.
That said, I think it will be worth it for the mortgage we got.
