It was frustrating how long it took.  Don't expect a TV repair to happen overnight!  It took over a month of his time.  When it stopped working the second time, he said he'd stick with us (at o additional charge) until we were satisfied.  Throughout the process he was professional, honest and reasonably communicative.  There is NEVER anyone to answer the phone, and you have to leave a message and wait for a return call.  Sometimes it took a couple of days for him to return calls.  He doesn't, apparently, use email either.  But all in all a very professional service provider.  It was nice to give some work to an American rather than just dump the (not so old) set and buy another one made in Japan, China or Korea!

I was glad that we at least attempted to have the set fixed. It was 11 years old, and I'm used to televisions lasting for 25+ years....> It was nice to find someone willing to come out to the house and attempt to repair it. A real gem!

The TV was fixed when they returned it. The diagnosis, repair, pick up, and delivery only cost $60! I recommend them very strongly. They were very nice and professional, and explained everything very well.

They showed up very quickly, picked up our 32'' set, and promised to have a diagnosis in one day. Depending on the problem (and parts availability), they said they could have our set back to us in three days. They communicated well during the diagnosis and repair process, returned it in three days, and re-installed our set.
