I had a great experience at this dealership. I was treated like family and never once given the run around. I did my research before going in but never told them that to see if I was being given a fair price and to my surprise I was given a better than fair deal and my Sales Associate Matt Saia was so friendly and personable, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I will definitely be going back here for all of my future purchases. Every employee I came in contact with was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend going here if you want a great experience at a reputable car dealership!

We brought are jeep in for some basis service. After we got a call letting us know what was to be done and declining some of the work we never heard from them again. We had to call several times to find out if the car was ready finally 5 minutes before they closed I found someone to help me , we paid over the phone and the keys where left in the car for us to pick up. We showed up the next morning to pick up the car on a sunday and the tire was flat, no problem things happen I understand that.
The part that burns me up the next day no call , no nothing you think a thing like this would be first on the list.
At least a phone call to keep the customer happy. I called spoke to the service writer and got , we haven't got to it yet, no sorry no nothing. Jeff the service manager did make it right in the end, after we had to drive there to get answers. I gotta say a simple , sorry, please and thank you , would of avoided all the bad feelings. I will be buying a new jeep in the next year, but not at lawless!

The sales staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The selection of cars was the best in the area. The finance department got us a great loan rate. The sales manager was not overly aggressive about extended care plans, etc - though we did purchase one because we felt the piece of mind was worth the cost.. We will be using this dealership again for our next car purchase.

The WORST experience I have honestly had with a large business.
You would think that after the inappropriate (rude and demeaning) way I was treated with the financing issue Lawless would have made an effort to ensure the rest of my buying experience was better -- NOT!
Two weeks after I put a 1k deposit on a 2013 Jeep Wrangler to place the order (that was done over the phone and I was sent a confirmation order with options and sale price) Chris(Director of Finance) told me that since he did not have the paper work I did not have a deal. This was due to the fact that I had gotten better financing thru AAA. The stealership makes money on the loans they secure from banks, etc. So, I told them to either meet the rate or give me my deposit back since I had and quot;NO DEALand quot; -- after much BS they offered a slightly better rate. ( BTW my sales person quit in the middle of this...) This whole incident blew me out of the water! (I should have backed out at this point -- DUMB!)
I picked up the Jeep on a Thursday night, Chris and Amani promised they would fax the necessary documents to my insurance company the next day so that I could register and have the Jeep inspected.
This did not happen. I emailed, I called and pleaded to have someone take care of the issue so that I could drive the Jeep without the fear of getting pulled over for not having an inspection sticker. Now, Tuesay comes after sending emails and voice mails to Jeff(Operations Manager), Chris and Amani over the weekend and Monday - they promised that it would be done first thing Tuesday morning --- WELL, as of 3:00pm on Tuesday I still had not recieved the registration and all they had to do was send it via email. I was a totally helpless and at the mercy of this dealership -- I couldn't do anything!
After many calls and nasty emails, Amani finally emailed the registration at 4:00pm -too late to get an inspection!!
As the motto goes at Lawless, this saying seems to be rampant - and quot; sorry, we dropped the balland quot;
I should have done more research -- a good price does not mean quality employees that treat customers with respect.
I would have paid more money elsewhere if I knew this dealership has a bad reputation.
.
Well, I am sorry that I did business with these people and will never make that mistake again. I have my Jeep, but right now I am so disappointed I don't even want to look at it and that just SUCKS!!!!!!

I should have done my research -- a good deal does not ensure that you will get quality customer service.
I would have paid more money elsewhere if I was aware of Lawless Jeep's bad reputation.

Been here several times for oil changes. This time they recommended my brake pads and rotors be replaced for $800. Had my Dad check it out and the pads were fine! Almost the same thickness as new ones. Not an honest repair shop!
Response from Lawless Chrysler
"We do pride ourselves on being fair and honest. As to rotors there are many things that the mechanic see that a consumer may or may not see such as rust build up on the inside of the rotors inwhich they would not be able to be lathed. We are working on better ways to show the consumer the issues found during inspections versus telling the consumer. I do apologize for your experience and we are trying to improve our processes to elevate the customers experience. We are also checking our pricing against other dealers as well as generic replacment options to reduce costs."

We found them honest, cooperative, and friendly. We have had no trouble with the car. My husband wanted a filled in bill of sale for the car we traded in (which could not be done until Lawless sold it). When we called him 2 months later, they quickly got the bill of sale to us for the car that was traded in.

I purchased a vehicle from them located on line. While the overall price and quality of the vehicle was good, I didn't appreciate the sales process. Well.... Some would say that is just car salesmen, but there were things that happened that shouldn't have. Once I showed any interest (mostly my kids fault) in the vehicle, they went into full sales mode by bringing in the sales manager. Even though the original price was reasonable, I wanted to bring them down about $500. I figured it was a "token" offer. I made my offer and they immediately rejected it. Then they tried to push me into buying the car that day. Pushing financing on me even though I told them I was going to pay cash. Pushing extended warrantee. And pressuring me to pay for the car sooner than I could round up the money for them. I ended up having to somewhat aggressively tell them I was not going to purchase the car today and ended up walking out. They knew I wanted the car. So probably not too a-typical so far.
But where it started to get painful was around them not honoring an online coupon that they had on their web site. I had both a $100 off and a $200 off. My sales situation fit into both. Only after much pressure did they honor the lesser $100 one.
Another painful part was that when we did settle on a price (sticker less the $100), I called them and asked them to get the paper work done ahead of time. I was going to come in during lunch and needed to get back. They said they would. However, when I got there none of the paper work was even started and I ended up waiting over an hour to have them fill out a simple form.
After the sale, I put a Google posting of my experience leaving out transaction details but just sticking to the facts in as an objective manner as possible. The sales manager ended up posting a rebuttal to my post exposing all the details of the transaction like price the car, etc. I had the rebuttal removed by Google because his response was exposing too much transaction information and wasn't appropriate.
So in summary, the dealership is typical but there were things they could have avoided to make the customer feel like they were more appreciated and working with them instead of against them.

I have to wait when I go, I usually sit and read. Other than that, they do a good job. They let you know what's wrong with the car, and they are honest regarding fitting me in.
