 + -1 morePoorly. The antivirus software, installed professionally by Best Buy, never behaved as promised by either Kaspersky or Best Buy. Kaspersky kept giving me redundant and "cut and paste" type answers to generic questions that never fit my specific problem. When I asked for a refund, they completely shut down any assistance.
Description of Work: Kaspersky Labs sells antivirus software which apparently is the brand of preference for Best Buy. Kaspersky has a technical support line to "answer" any questions regarding the performance of their products.
